My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2022
I thought I would have an easy day and it started as such but then things changed mid day.
Some projects I'm working on that were on hold for some time suddenly started to progress so I had to be involved in some meetings in the afternoon.
The only real exercise I had today was in the morning when I decide to go for a walk
Not bad but not as good as I hoped.
Maybe tomorrow things will be better
