My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2022

This day followed the trend of my week: a lot of work and not a lot of time for anything else.

At least it's getting warmer so the evenings are quite nicely which extends the number of hours in a day that I feel like going out for a walk.

In fact that's what happened today. I took a break from work at around 7pm to clear my head and decided to go out for a walk.

It was a short one because I needed to get back to work but it was very nice as the evening was very pleasant.

It also was just about enough to get to the 5k mark.

My nutritionist is telling me that my bate minimum should be 8k everyday so I really need to step up my game.
