My Actifit Report Card: January 3 2023

I was a bit under the weather yesterday and I took the day off so I consider that today was actually the first day of the year for me.

I promised myself I would live a more balanced life and I'm trying to stay true to myself. It wasn't the best possible start but I think it's good enough.

I found some time for a short walk in the middle of the day and then again in the evening. I wasn't very well organized today and still I was able to squeeze in some exercise so I'm very confident I will be able to keep my promise as I start to organize my day better!
