My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2023

Today was a very productive day but unfortunately I wasn't able to get a lot of steps in. I did however get back to training so I decided to do something reçatively light to readapt to exercising and not hurt myself.

Here was my workout:

  • Bench Press: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
  • Dumbbell Flyes: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Tricep Dips: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
