My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2023

Today was a good day but a very busy one! I had my normal work shift but in the evening I also had a meeting with my business partners because tomorrow we will meet a potential investor so we needed to make sure we had a good strategy in place.

So, exercise-wise, I only had time to do a quick walk in the afternoon. It wasn't much but at least it's better than nothing.
