My Actifit Report Card: August 4 2023

Super busy day at work today!
I had a lot of meetings so had to do all my work in the few hours I had in the afternoon.

I managed to go for a very short and quick walk after lunch but unfortunately not enough to hit my 5k goal.

Hopefully I can make up for it over the weekend
