I needed to pick up a new putter after someone walked off with my Viking Knife^{(2 | 3 | 0 | 2)}, so I bought two! I'd been throwing a Viking Rune^{(2 | 4 | 0 | 0)} for the past week or so and really like how well it holds a line, so that was an easy choice. I've also been swooning over some of the insane stamps on Thought Space discs, so I threw an Alter^{(3 | 3 | 0 | 1)} in my cart as well. I made sure to choose discs that would be functional, but I'd never bought discs with really cool stamps, and my bag needed some spice. _{(Thought Space offers custom stamps, too, which I really like the idea of. What would you think of throwing a Hive-stamped disc in your next tournament?)}

They finally arrived in the mail really late yesterday so I reluctantly put them in my bag and anxiously waited for the morning daylight like a child waiting for Christmas. I woke up, prepped my morning coffee and a bowl, and hit the road to give my new putters the chains they so deserve.

I measured a few throws using Udisc and was happy with my results. I could push my Knife just as far, though I know I can still get a bit more distance with better angle control.

I really like these discs, and I actually threw unusually well today, coming in at 5 under par on my favorite local course, which is my best round yet.
I even got my 3rd ace with the Rune on hole 13, which I've been trying to hit for months!

I think these putters will be a great addition to my bag, and I made sure to use them for both putting and throwing today and it ended up paying off. I'm hoping I can hang on to whatever got into me today and throw just as well this Sunday.
