What does it called in English?

In English we generally just refer to these as Floats. Floats cover any soda and ice cream combination. So a Root Beer float would be Root Beer soda with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Your drink would probably be considered a Melon Float. Looks tasty too! Cheers
