My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2022

Hey guys! Here's my very first Actifit report!

This is just from being at work yesterday, and to be honest, I forgot to open the app when I got there, and my phone died around second break haha . I walk on average about 25,000 steps per day throughout the work week, but the beginning of the week is always a little higher!

Not only am I walking, but I'm also carrying steel of various lengths around the warehouse for half of that time, so I get a good workout in usually, but I do feel like I need a smartwatch to keep a more accurate reading of how many kcals I burn!

On the weekends I'm usually a little less active, and spend most of the time with my fiance, Murty, and our kids at home. Normally either, cleaning, outside playing games and running with the kids and our puppy, or gardening!

I'm mainly using this as a way to figure out how much I need to eat to maintain my body weight, but I do like knowing how many steps I take each day! And as a plus, you get rewarded just for your activity!!
