My Actifit Report Card: June 21 2022

Hey Actifiters!

I'm back again with another strong activity count from work today! I was actually in one position all day today too! Which was kind of a relief, instead of not knowing where I was going to be going!

After work, I came home and checked on the garden and played with Junior outside for a while :)

I've said this before, but I definitely want to get a fitbit or a smartwatch of some sort to check my actual heart rate because I know that I get a decent workout in during the day, and I would like a more accurate reading of the calories I burn every day!
