My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2022
A nice walk out by the canal to the lock gates in the morning, thenout to banna for a surf in the afternoon. I feel like there’s a bit of a pattern emerging here 😂🌊🏄♂️
It was kind of an odd surf though; waves weren’t great, and I was cold in the water. My hands and feet were ok, and they are usually the first to feel it. The water wasn’t any colder than usual, and the air temp was about 10C, so that wasn’t it either. I was just cold in myself. There wasn’t much power in the waves that opened up, and the paddle out was relatively easy. The waves that had power just dumped over all at once, so there wasn’t much fun for me. I didn’t get a good workout either, so it felt like there was nothing good about the session.
The weird thing? I’m still glad I went out.
