It was a hot day here, so I took a vote amongst my running group & we took the evening off. Because some of the group have cardiac complications, exercise in the heat is not a good idea.
That said, I did still want to get a run for myself, so I waited until night when it was cooler. And the sunset was beautiful.
There was even somebody flying a paramotor over the beach; what a great way to watch the sun go down!
