My Actifit Report Card: January 19th 2023
Soooo.. a very important lesson learned recently.. pay close attention to resource credits! They deplete very quickly when your actively posting and commenting. 2 days reports unable to post because I wasn’t paying attention to RC’s, both days over 10k activity. My carelessness probably cost me about 130AFIT.
That’s definitely going in my weekly round up as a lesson learned.

Activity wise, these were 2 days of mostly walking with about 15 minutes of running technique work during one of the walks. A couple of short strength circuits with including some Pilates and some ankle prehab finished out my exercise.
