My Actifit Report Card: January 24th 2023

That awful moment when you’re about 15 minutes into your run and you realise you forgot to start tracking it 🤦♂️
On the positive side of things, it was a beautiful evening for running; calm, mild, and dry.
2 laps of the wetlands to start the warm up, followed by a steady pace pull up ballyard hill.
Easy jog recovery back down to a flat, measured section in the wetlands. Once there, we did repeated acceleration runs with each run finishing with a 25m flat out sprint. Walk back to the start and repeat 7 times.
All in all, a very enjoyable session with my little group.
