My Actifit Report Card: November 12th 2023
A beautiful summers day in winter, and the cherry blossom tree in our garden has started to shed its foliage for the season. That usually means a couple of weeks of varying shades of red, golden and brown leaves on the tree before the branches are bare.
But we have a red warning for wind and rain, so its unlikely to retain those vibrant colours for long.
So in the calm before the storm, we went for a walk on Banna beach. Once again, it was crowded 😜
But even on the busiest of days, it can be a good place to come and spend time in reflection.
