Circus in school - My Actifit Report Card: October 21st 2025

Another school day for me, teaching circus skills to teenagers. Well, in reality I’m helping them develop resilience, problem solving skills, teamwork, effective communication, and other ‘soft’ skills, but for the most part, their focus is on learning some cool tricks🤩

Today it was time to introduce them to stiltwalking, and if you’ve ever wondered what 6pairs of wooden ‘peg’ stilts looks like in the boot of a Toyota, wonder no longer my friend.

After school, myself and herself went for a walk on the greenway in between the rain showers, so that 5k really helped me get my steps up. And it’s the first time in a couple of months that I could walk that distance without being crippled with back& hip pain, so that’s a serious win!
