First running Actifit Report Card: November 11th 2025
Some days just don’t go as planned…
No coffee for me this morning, as an unexpected power outage affected the entire town (and some neighbouring towns as well) so I had no way to make a brew.
Got to school, to discover my room was in use for an ‘animal roadshow’ so my planned stiltwalking class was not an option, and yet the show must go on! Just as well I was prepared for this eventuality, and had a bag of diabolo’s in the car. The show must go on!
Later, it was time for my little running group to resume, for the first time in a couple of months. Therefore it was a gentle run for us all this evening. It felt great to be back to it
