Wer jetzt sofort perverse Gedanken hat dem sei gesagt, dass es darum hier nicht geht! Wobei das auch irgendwie zu Actifit passen würde, oder? :P

Nach einem winterlichen Spaziergang habe ich heute mit meinem Kleinkind die Fingerfertigkeit geübt und lustige Formen und Tiere geknetet. Schon jetzt habe ich Muskelkater in meiner Hand, nach der einstündigen Kneterei. Das Kneten hat irgendwie etwas meditatives.

Wann habt ihr zuletzt geknetet?

After a winter walk today, I practiced dexterity with my toddler and kneaded fun shapes and animals. Already I have sore muscles in my hand after kneading for an hour. Kneading somehow has something meditative.
