May all our Hustlin' Pay Off: My Actifit Report Card
Juggling work, school, Hive, social and family life is making me go on all four cylinders every minute. I admit, the stress gets to my head most times but I make sure that I keep it all in balance. Yesterday, I slept early and woke up today feeling refreshed. I immediately opened my laptop and watched a video related to schoolwork.
I noticed that I'm more addicted to social media these days. My maximum attention span is 5 minutes and I feel the urge to open my socials everytime my attention span gets used up. So, to combat the guilt from wasting precious time, I decided to walk around the neighborhood today.
My coach and I wanted to try this Tiktok rope skipping trend to the beat of "Footloose." We didn't get it, but it was fun trying to break the steps down. That's actually one way I get to enjoy my workout - having fun in the process.
I then went on to prepare for the day. Took a shower, ate breakfast and made sure to engage in Hive. I drove to the office real early since I had a training that day. I'm working on getting my general insurance license. It was a whole day of training and I thought it was my only agenda for the day. Oops! I'm having a 2 pm learning session too!
It was a hectic day and my Fitbit never failed to notify me that I reached 10,000 steps for the day. From my morning workout to morning training to afternoon learning session and attending an Introduction to Forex trading - it had been a busy day. My boyfriend was sweet enough to meet me where I worked. We spent time singing karaoke together.
I will now rest and prepare for my Hive curation duties tomorrow. Thank you for reading all the way through! Keep moving!
