The Dude’s Actifit Report Card: January 10 2022


The soundtrack to today’s workout is Uberzone’s Ideaology on Apple Music

On the way to the gym I smoked a jointbof some sativa train wreck which was really good. And good thing because these were a bit pricey but the pack was cool as hell and came with a pack of matches.

I love me some good cannabis before a workout. It loosens not only my mind but my body and puts me in a good zone especially with some good tunes.

Today was my weight day and I love to go back to the 30 minute express workout because it’s like a full body deal if you do all the machines and such.

I hit all machines with some step ups and calf raises in between sets.

I do 25 reps on each machine as I work my way around and do the most weight I can do for 25 reps. The general routine is

Leg press
Leg curls
Hamstring curls
Weighted row machine
Lat pull down
Bench press
Shoulder press
Tricep curl
Bicep curl
And weighted crunches.

This morning I had to go out of sync some because of chatty Kathy’s everywhere this morning. I went in a little later than normal so I know now I need to get my ass up and get in the gym first thing before I play Splinterlands, lol.

My after workout meal consisted of a yogurt and berry parfait, banana and a protein shake with some walnuts as a snack

Anyway, that’s it for today! Got all my posts and such done that I wanted and getting ready to get at it tomorrow!

Right on man and absolutely I have to have cannabis for working out.

Couple of reps go take a smoke break come back in do some more reps.

Ironically I actually get it done. LoL when I was working at the mixed martial arts gym we had smoke break before we started!

So definitely an important part of physical fitness and if you argue that I can always point to all the Olympic athletes that are always into trouble over cannabis.

Healthy people use cannabis?!!!!?!!!

Excellent work today and I can't wait to see more content from you in this coming year.

Cannabis and working out is something more people should consider, it goes great together!


I never thought to medicate before a workout as I usually do after the workout as I think the brain being so oxygenated and the lungs operating at such a high level it feels like I am taking in more thc more effectively, could be my imagination lol.

I don't know, I do know that I feel like I get higher as I work out which is cool, lol. Then I get on the hydro massage bed and do deep breathing mediation and that will change a man, lol.


That is awesome I do not even know what a hydro-massage bed is but from the name it is my new must-have lol.
Sometimes my lower back gets so tight I could scream but I do some yoga and active stretching to keep the spasms to a minimum.

I am going to have to try it your way, as I am so curious now lol
