My Actifit Hustling Report Card: March 26 2023 Pt 1
What’s up hustlers? I keep forgetting to make my Actifit posts because my days get a bit wacky, lol, I blame the overnight shifts.
My weight loss has stopped so I am guessing I dropped about 15 pounds of water weight or just burned off a bunch of excess calories during the first couple of weeks of working the double shifts. So now it’s actually time to start paying attention to my intake of I want the weight loss to continue.
Looks like for the days I work, I am averaging about 11-12k steps a day, which is pretty awesome. I am sure I will pack on some more by the end of the day as I am about to get another work day started soon. I may have to make another post later on to get my final tally for the day. This count is just from midnight to about 2pm. I still have a 5 hour shift at one job and then 30 minutes if the shift from the other job before a new day starts so I am bound to cross 20k for the whole day.
Anyway, going to rest up a bit before the madness starts again! It will all be worth it in time, I hope so, because I am in a crap ton of pain, lol.
