It's been a long time since I last posted. Fair to say it feels like a lifetime ago, and in many ways that's absoulutely true.

Just a quick rough & dirty report. I'm waiting for the replacement charger for my fitbit to arrive, should be here Tuesday and then it will be easier to track my fitness progress whilst going about my daily activities.

Anyhow....here I am, moving forward and creating a new balance in my life. Thankful to be alive, healthy, happy and at peace within myself.
