My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2023
After walking so much the last few days I actually had to go out and walk a little bit just to get past the 5000 requirement. All I did today was go to close by coffee and workspace and then I left and went to the gym worked out sadly I didn’t have too much food left at my room but I am I don’t feel like going out, so I’m just gonna deal with not having enough I know that’s not good for trying to build muscle. I got a wake up call a week ago or so about just how small and gotten pretty much lost all my bulk my muscle so now I’m trying to build it back up and hopefully I can do something about it.
