As a concerned Liverpool fan for years, I’m honestly disappointed with the run of games we’ve had across all competitions so far. This kind of start is something I’m very sure not even the board anticipated. And because of how worrying things have become, the club and the board reportedly held a meeting with Slot. For everyone who followed the news, it’s no longer new that he was given an ultimatum: at least 6 points out of a possible 9 in his next three games.

Now, even though that task might look simple on paper, it actually annoyed me when I first heard it. And the reason for that is simple. It honestly feels too low for a club that prides itself as the biggest team in England. That alone tells you how far we’ve dropped in confidence and expectations.

But that’s not even the main issue for me at the moment.
