What a good move to save the girl. I’ve never trusted seawater. There was one spot in the Philippines last year when I visited, the sand moved with the current and literally buried you as the water shifted, almost like quicksand. It was scary.

Yeah you need to know how is the sea where you go, here it's very friendly in general expecially for kids but if you go far away and waves at high it's still risky
