My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2022

Short post today, grief day so not feeling much up to writing. Today marks the 3rd anniversary of the passing of my father in law, who was like a real father to me. I'm a blessed man to be able to consider two men my father! So, needless to say, it's been a hard day. Even though it's been three years, still hurts like it was just yesterday...

So basically I worked hard, tried to stay active, and hit the minimum 5k Mark in the process. Pray for me and my family today, all.

Thanks, silvertop. He was a very good man, and he is sorely missed. It's cool that I get to kinda keep him with me because it's his old Fitbit that is tracking my steps for Actifit! I hope the pleasant weather holds through tomorrow so I can get a good walk in, hit that 10k mark! !PIZZA !CTP
