My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2025
My Sunday started very early when I woke up to prepare for church. I don't usually do house chores on Sunday mornings because I'll end up eating into my time. I only warm my food to make sure it doesn’t sour before I return from church.
After I finished dressing up, I picked up my Bible and writing materials and began to trek to the main road where I would take a bike. I walked for about five minutes before I could get to the roadside.
I waited for a long time before I could get a bike that took me to church. Church was good, and I stayed only for one service since our church holds two services.
When returning from church, the weather was cool, and I was with some friends heading in my direction, so we walked instead of taking a bike. When they entered their streets, I was the only one who walked the furthest to my house, and I didn’t feel tired because the weather wasn’t hot and I didn’t fast-walk either. It was a very stress-free walk.

When I got home, I ate, washed some dishes, and exactly when I was about to iron my clothes—because I met public electricity when I got home—the light went off. I just got angry instantly and jumped into bed. When I tried to watch some movies, dizziness came heavily, and I had to surrender to it. I needed that rest too.
That was all. I found myself waking up around 5:40 p.m. My body felt so energised. I just put on my shirts and went outside the house to stay.
The funny thing is that I only got 600+ scores for my activities. It seems my phone ends the tracking occasionally along the way, maybe when my internet is not connected, because I usually turn it off when I’m not using it to conserve battery.
There’s no cause for alarm. Since I’m just beginning, I’ll master the use of the app.
