Arsene Wenger on Cancellation of Europa winners automatic Qualification for UCL

I saw a post where the Arsenal former manager said it's not right for the Europa Winner to clinch the spot or Champion's league. I laughed loudly knowing the anger he was coming from.
Seeing Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in the bottom phase of the Premier league and one of them will be qualified to play in the biggest football battle in Europe is someone not appealing but there's nothing that can be done to change that because it has been like that for a long time. I'm sure that it's because of his long hatred for Spurs that prompted what he's suggesting.
Meanwhile, I don't think he would have said anything bad if it were other clubs as it has always been.

What's your take on this? Is Absence Wenger making some sense?
