Tuesday Twinkle-Alive and Thriving (IAAC # 44)-Actifit Report: August 30 2022
Hi friends, I hope you had a triumphant twinkling Tuesday.
Today was a busy day, the kind of day that felt like there was too much to do and too little time. But in the end, you do what you can and that is usually enough.
Welcome to my daily journal, where I post a few pictures and highlight some of my daily adventures across the Hive blockchain.

This week I allowed myself to sleep a bit later in the mornings and shifted my exercise time to the evenings. I've noticed this resulted in less daily activity.
I hit 10,382 steps by the end of the day. Slightly more than the bare minimum goal of 10k, but significantly below my current goal of 13k. I've realized in order to hit at least 13k steps/day, I either need to go on walks in the morning and evening, go on longer walks, or start running to get more steps in less time.
As usual, before posting I check the Actifit Market to make sure I'm activating all the gadgets I can to boost AFIT and SPORTS rewards.

Today I participated in the Alive Chat August 30, 2022 - Daily Prize Drawing OPEN For Entries - Today's Topic: ALIVE Burning Contest - Weekly Prize Drawing.
I promote all of my Alive tribe posts by burning ALIVE tokens. In my post last Tuesday, I noted my goal to burn at least 40 AlIVE and have 40 tickets to today's contest. I managed to burn at least 5 ALIVE tokens per post and accumulated 43 tickets for the contest. My goal for next week is to have at least 45 tickets.
One thing I really like about these daily posts is looking back on what life was like last week. Last Tuesday, I posted a sad picture of my injured cat Silky after he'd gotten into a fight. I'm happy to report he's doing much better, as you can see.
Today 44th consecutive day of participating in the #IAmAliveChallenge! I am happy to report that both Silky and I are #AliveAndThriving.
