My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2023
Hello and welcome. In this post, I share my Monday Actifit Stats, weekly plan, and a few pictures. It was another day over 100 degrees Fahrenheit on Monday and I took my time watering the garden, cooling off and having some fun trying to take some pics of the spraying water. I got a good amount of activity in during the day and happily continued my daily streak of reaching my step, exercise, and posting goals

Last week, one of my goals was to post my Actifit report daily and I'm already noticing many positive benefits of this habit. One being a healthy increase in my AFIT balance, even after spending a good amount on gadgets in the Actifit Market and exchanging AFIT for vote rewards whenever possible.

My plan this week is to do it again and continue to solidify the habit of posting my Actifit reports daily, ideally hit 10,000 steps every day, and participate in the ALIVE chat contests.
