My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2023
Hello and welcome. In this post, I share my Monday Actifit Stats, weekly Hive plan, and a few pictures I took during the day. It was hot and sunny for most of the day and we had some much welcomed rain in the evening to cool things off. Most of my activity came from getting errands done around town. After I put my daughter to sleep I noticed I was just above 9,000 steps. I did some housework and straight up pacing around the room to get those steps into make sure I hit my goal of 10,000 steps for the fourth day in a row.

The Alive Chat topic for Mondays is "Plan Out Your New Week - And Follow Your Plan To Success." My main plan and Hive goal for the past three weeks has been to hit my step and exercise goals and to post my Actifit report every day. Last week I got a bad cold and missed two days of posting because I really couldn't move. And I missed another two days of posting do to my own sluggishness in getting back to a good routine. So now I'm working to get back to good habits and my plan this week is to hit my trifecta goals of at least 10,000 steps, 30 minutes of good exercise, and a daily Actifit report.
