My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2023

Hello and welcome to my 206th Actifit Report where I update with a few pictures and stats from Tuesday. I saw this little pigeon in the morning, and noticed a number of nests in the surrounding trees which was cool as my daughter and I just finished reading a book with all sorts of interesting facts about pigeons like they can fly super fast and they mate for life.

I am happy to write that I hit all three of my daily goals for the second day in a row. It did take some extra effort, after everyone went to sleep I was still only at around 8,000 steps. I was tired but still pushed myself to walk around the block a few times and do a short exercise session before going to bed myself. I'm happy I did, my muscles are sore today but I feel good.
