My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2025


Hello, healthy people. Today I finally got back to my running routine that I usually do twice a week. My schedule is only available around 4 pm, so when it rained at that time, I had to postpone it. Yep... I've postponed running for at least a week because it kept raining at that time. And today, even though it wasn't too sunny, at least it wasn't raining, so I went.


When I arrived at the lake jogging track, it wasn't too crowded yet, I really enjoyed running because my legs really missed running. The weather was also perfect and I tried on a new running headscarf. Aakkkkk so powerful today. As usual, I will only run 5km. Because in the afternoon I will go home early and help my mother. For me, running 5kg is quite good, I can feel relaxed and my body is comfortable. I can also sleep soundly tonight. Hey, you know, in one lap of this lake there are not even five kilometers, they are only about 4.5 km, so I have to do a little more to fulfill my 5km quota. I don't know why it has to be 5km, it seems like that's my minimum number.



The funny thing is I really miss iced coffee in the middle of my run, LOL. I'm thinking of stopping by to buy coffee later on my way home, but that's not certain, it might or might not be. Teeganyung how my mood is later. That's all for my running story today, thank you for reading. See you!
