Triceps exerxise / Упражнение за трицепс [ENG/ БГ]

Today's exercise is for the triceps. Lifting from a bench with a narrow grip. The lever is gripped a little narrower than the width of the shoulders. We lower the barbell under the chest and then lift it up. A very effective basic exercise that covers all three heads of the triceps muscle.

Днешното упражнение е за трицепс. Вдигане от лежанка с тесен хват. Лостът се хваща малко по тясно от широчината на раменете. Пускаме щангата под гърдите след това вдигаме нагоре. Много ефективно базово упражнение , което обхваща и трите глави на трицепсовия мускул.
