My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2021
Hey Actifit frens! I had a very good day today for exercise, I took Brutus my dog for a walk at lunch. Then after work today I did an elliptical challenge and really put an effort into it. Got to 14,000 steps which is not that bad, ultimate goal is to hit 20,000 per day, but always to hit at least around 15 K. So by the time I go to bed it will be. Have a nice evening everybody.

Hey titus I got a few questions you might be able to clear up for me.. 1st) what are sports tokens 2) how are they earned 3) are they valuable (ie. can they be converted to any other crypto/or cashed out)

All these tokens other than HIVE or HBD are mostly worthless at this time, however they will not always be so. The AFIT and AFITX tokens just got listed on the Binance Smart Chain and have a few cents worth each, you need a Binance account to exchange them. I am currently just stacking all these tokens in my HIVE Keychain wallet. I have a few hundred thousand AFIT tokens stacked up, because the more you HOLD the larger the vote you get from the AFIT account for daily posts, so the value of the tokens for me currently is to increase my payout on ACTIFIT reports.
Yeah yeah makes sense thanks for the 🧠📚...ima just stay active and let these tokens stack up as well and one day hopefully get up there close to your level... Shit you got what like 17k in hive alone? That's like a whole years salary from McDonald's lmaooooo.. But anyways keep grinding my dude, again salute for the knowledge
