Hey Actifit frens! Had a very good day today in terms of exercise, was able to take my dog for a walk at lunch even though it was very cold outside. After work I had a early Thanksgiving dinner. So did not get in a high intensity interval training challenge this evening. Currently live on air come join us.

It is cold in my city as well, thus I am reluctant to do some activity nowadays.
