Hey Actifit frens! I had a very active day today! This morning I played softball and cracked some absolute bombs đź’Ł. Then I took my kids to a playground and we ran around a bunch. Then when the kids went to bed this evening I did an elliptical challenge for roughly 30 minutes. Which is how I got to 17,000 steps today! Cheers!
