Hey Actifit frens!

I had a very busy day today! I got in a lot of steps today by taking my pooch for a nice long walk at lunch and actually some of that was a run because I was trying to save time, then got felted by the dog because he stop the sniff every dog piss between here in Timbuktu. Very happy to announce that talk to text is translating what I’m saying perfectly. I also got in some more steps today at the gym because I did chest and back day and then I did cycling and I actually got the steps counted because the phone was in my pocket cause I had nothing to listen to so I forgot my damn headphones. You should all up vote me because I worked out today without headphones, and that in itself deserves like all the votes.
