Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy and active day today. I went to the gym this morning and got in a chest and upper body workout and did 17 minutes on the bicycle then this afternoon I went for a nice walk with my wife and my newborn and knocked out a ton more steps walking around downtown during the Christmas festivities.
