Hey Actifit Frens! Today I knocked out over 7000 steps by doing a lot of walking while working. I also jumped in the pool after work today and knocked out about 40 laps. During the day I also did a lot of bodyweight squats and push-ups. Hopefully y’all were able to be as active as I was or possibly even more so.
