Hey Actifit Frens! Thanks for checking out my post and seeing the fact that I got over 11,000 steps that’s right! Today I got the steps in by taking my dog for a walk in the absolute freezing cold outside at lunch then after work today, I jumped on the elliptical and knocked out two elliptical challenges. I also did 40 something push-ups and bodyweight squats, and a few other exercises and stretches.
