Hey Actifit Frens! I had a very busy and extremely active day today and got in over 13,000 steps. I did not have a high intensity workout today but I did play some softball outside. I also spent the majority of the day chasing my three children around the house and outside the house. So extremely long and busy day and very tired, hope y’all had a very productive day as well and I hope you enjoy the daily meme
