Hey Actifit frens! I had a very busy but also extremely awesome day today knocking out over 14,000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a nice walk during my lunch break and then after work today, I jumped on the elliptical for over 20 minutes, knocking out a high intensity workout challenge And then there was just a bunch of other steps throughout the day so hope y’all enjoy. I hope you had a great day and I hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
