Hey Actifit Frens! Had one of the best days ever today going to the beach with my family on the power boat and spending the day there playing in the surf with my one year-old and my seven-year-old and my nine-year-old was not there today she was with grandma but we had an epic day regardless. I also went for a 5.2 mile run today which I’m doing because I’m training for the Falmouth Road race which is coming up in August. Hope you enjoy this lovely photo of my family and I at the beach on the boat and I hope you all have a wonderful July 4.
