Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy day today and knocked out over 25,000 steps on the day because I ran in the Falmouth Road race which is a 7 mile race in Falmouth. That’s extremely popular. See attached picture give you an idea of just how big the crowds were. Hope y’all had a good day out there and hope you were all active as well.
