Hey Actifit frens! Had a very special and extremely epic day today because today is my 40th birthday and even though it was my 40th birthday I still knocked out a bunch of steps taking my dog for a walk at lunch today and then after work today, I jumped on the elliptical and knocked out a 20 minute high intensity uphill workout session. Hope y’all had a similarly awesome day out there, and hope you enjoy the daily meme
