Hey Actifit frens! Hello everyone out there I had one of my least active days in a very long time knocking out under 7000 steps on the day, which is extremely low for myself. Hopefully tomorrow I will do a lot more steps on the day the only Real exercise I got today was going for a walk with my dog at lunch today. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
