Hey Actifit frens! Had a wonderful day today but spent most of my day inside at work or inside in a courtroom. However, epic victory is always in the courtroom so no epic long walk today for the Brust dog at lunch which is how I did not knock out over 10,000 steps on the day even though I did a big time elliptical workout thing so good day exercise wise just not a lot of steps. Hope you enjoy the daily meme
