Hey Actifit frens! Another epic day here in Paradise knocking out over 12,000 steps today a lot of those on all fours while I crawled around a softball place after my one year-old. So the steps today were pretty meaningful and also did a elliptical challenge after the day was over knocking out 30 minutes of high intensity workout stuff.
