Hey Actifit frens! Had a fairly epic day today and knocked out over 7000 steps on the day by doing a 30 minute elliptical challenge after work today did not have the dog with me so no long walk at lunch today but tomorrow will do and tomorrow will knockout over 10,000 steps on the day. Hope y’all had a wonderful day and hope you enjoy the daily meme.
